ALEA Troopers arrest a man after tri-county pursuit

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) - Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) apprehended a Moundville man after a pursuit ends in Greene County.
The suspect is identified as 36-year-old Dennis Clay Sagely.
According to ALEA reports, at approximately 3:48 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, Troopers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado on Alabama 69 near the 137 mile marker. The driver, Sagely, refused to stop and continued north on Alabama 69 to Interstate 59.
Sagely led Troopers through Tuscaloosa, Greene, and Pickens counties before being stopped and apprehended in Greene County at the intersection of Alabama 14 and Interstate 59.
