In Celebration of Earth Day, the Pella Public Library is presenting an Upcycle Challenge Display featuring upcycle creations through the month of April. Artists include art teachers form the Pella and Pella Christian Schools, art professors from Central College, and current and former instructors with the Pella Art Center.
