Amanza Smith spoke up about struggling with her mental health as she continues to try and locate her missing ex-husband Ralph Brown.
After seeing YouTuber Lele Pons post about having 'low days and up days' with her Instagram followers on Friday, the Selling Sunset star reflected on her own struggles. 
'It's ok not to be ok,' the reality star, 44, captioned a selfie of herself crying. 'Many people are afraid to be open about mental health.'
