AMED previously obtained a stream crossing permit, a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit and PennDOT’s OK on a point-of-access study, which was required because the driveway will connect with Park Avenue, a limited-access roadway. The driveway project could cost about $300,000, Watters estimated.
