Amid âfatalâ second wave, public remain complacent as COVID-19 rages on Irfan Tramboo Srinagar, Apr 5: With large gatherings witnessed at Tulip and other various gardens in Kashmir, the health experts today expressed their concerns over the non-adherence and complacency on the part of the Government as well as the public about COVID-19 SOPs as the second wave of the pandemic raged in J&K. They said that while the admissions in the hospitals have increased amid a daily surge in the cases, there is a need for the public to adhere to the SOPs and there is no option for the laidback attitude which galore on the streets and other gatherings on daily basis.
