'Amihan,' shear line bring isolated rains in parts of PH &#x

TWO weather systems -- the northeast monsoon and shear line -- are bringing light rains in parts of the archipelago while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be experiencing localized thunderstorms, the state-run weather bureau said on Tuesday.
