Analysts reject Indian unconstitutional move to pass Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Bill February 09, 2021 Dr. A.Z Hilali (Expert on International Relations): The Modi-led Administration in India is committing political blunders and posing serious threats to regional peace and stability. The changes in the administrative structure of IIOJ&K would further escalate tension in the region. Giving more authorities to military rule is tantamount to subjecting atrocities on the innocent people of Kashmir. There are sane voices in India, which are taking a jibe at Modi's hegemonic policies. The newly-elected US Administration has delivered a clear message that it is concerned about the massive human rights violations being committed by Indian troops in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The nefarious designs of New Delhi stand badly exposed before the international front. The issue of Kashmir cannot be resolved against the will of people of Kashmir. Pakistan has highlighted the Kashmir issue at every international forum. The people of Kashmir have rejected any solution which comes from New Delhi. The United Nations should take proactive action against Indian brutalities in IIOJK. The international media, world powers, and human rights organizations are well aware of the ground situation in the held valley. India cannot hoodwink the global community through falsehood. The time has come to expose India's brutal face at every international forum. India is treating the minorities in a way which is against international laws, norms and values. International organizations must play their proactive role to safeguard the people of Kashmir from Indian oppression.
