A North Carolina-based restaurant with three other locations has now opened in Wilmington in the Brooklyn Arts district. The Angus Grill started serving this weekend at 1001 N. 4th St. downtown. The menu includes 25 burgers (from the Hawaiian burger to the Pimento Cheese & Bacon Burger) and seven cheesesteaks, as well as sandwiches, salads and starters. Angus Grill started in the Greenville area five years ago and there are now two locations there, and one in Winterville. This is the first location in Wilmington area, but owner Jordan Michaels said it likely won’t be the last. He’s already eyeing other locations, including a possible Angus Grill in Carolina Beach.
