ANN ARBOR, MI — The question of whether Ann Arbor elected officials need coaching to get along and function better as a City Council was a topic of discussion Monday night.
Council Member Kathy Griswold, D-2nd Ward, reintroduced a resolution “to improve council effectiveness, performance and communications” at council’s May 3 meeting.
