Annual Muck Run bites the COVID dust SHARE ON: Photo from the 2017 Lloydminster Muck Run (Lloydminster Muck Run Facebook) The annual spring fundraiser, the Muck Run will not be a go this year due to the restrictions surrounding COVID-19. Lloydminster and area residents will have to forego the yearly spring crawl in the muck while raising funds for a good cause and will look for other ways to pitch in. Over the last several years, the Muck Run has raised over $100,000 for healthcare in the community. CEO of the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, Malcolm Radke says with the COVID-19 restrictions they decided to cancel it outright as they will look to other options along the lines of the Radiothon they held last Christmas.
