(Shutterstock) MONROE, NY — New York State police were called to the Walmart in Monroe Wednesday by store officials reporting another shoplifter. On Wednesday, security guards reported a woman who had gotten away when confronted. They did get her license plate, police said. Subscribe State troopers went to the residence at which the car was registered. They said they identified Mary Hibert from surveillance footage. Police said Hilbert took $1,133.41 worth of merchandise without paying. The 33-year-old Chester, resident faces a felony grand larceny charge.
