Senior Editor The American Pharmacists Association Foundation today announced Olivia Welter as the 2021-2022 Knowlton Center executive fellow in association management and leadership. The year-long fellowship begins in June and offers a broad range of association management experiences including opportunities to participate in priority APhA Foundation and APhA initiatives. Established in 2008, the current incarnation of the executive fellowship program was made possible with the support of the Calvin and Orsula Knowlton Foundation through the Center for Pharmacist-Based Health Solutions. The Knowltons are committed to preparing the next generation of pharmacy leaders. “We welcome Olivia to the team and within the APhA enterprise-wide efforts to advance the pharmacy profession,” said APhA Foundation executive director, Mitchel Rothholz. “Her training and experiences will enhance her project implementation, management and leadership skills, and knowledge in organizational management and operations, advocacy and constituent engagement.”
