Appeal to find missing vulnerable man POLICE are worried about a 'vulnerable' man who is missing. A search is taking place for Peter Dewhurst who left his home in Colne this afternoon at 2pm. A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "Peter Dewhurst is 68 years old and vulnerable. "He is described as 6' 3" in height, large build and wearing a white Mercedes baseball cap, Khaki (light green) coloured jacket and navy joggers. "We believe he is near to Colne but may well be confused. Please share or pass any information to police quoting log reference LC-20210222-1173."
