The Lafayette area personal injury law firm, offers the $1,000 scholarship to Louisiana students enrolled or enrolling in college. The deadline to apply is May 28, 2012. âOne of the core values at our law firm is giving back,â Barrilleaux says. âWe hope that by offering educational assistance to local students, we are helping support future community leaders. Education is an essential tool for creating opportunity, and positive change comes from that. We think itâs so important that weâve increased our scholarship from $500 to $1,000 this year.â
