ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — In April, New Mexico’s Job Training Incentive Program board approved $2.8 million to 15 companies to train a total of 575 employees in April, according to the state Economic Development Department. Companies that received at least $100,000 include the following, according to a news release from EDD: – Mass Market NM, which was awarded $883,640 to support 360 trainees in Las Cruces at an average wage of $14.01 per hour. – Torc Robotics, which was awarded $642,239.28 to support 30 trainees in Albuquerque at an average wage of $40. – Faneuil Inc., which was awarded $426,300 to support 125 trainees in Albuquerque at an average wage of $13.44. ................................................................ – BennuBio Inc., which was awarded $201,452 to support 10 trainees and one intern in Albuquerque. The intern will make $17.50 an hour, and the average trainee will make $36, according to the release.
