Arlington County says it met the goal over the weekend. Of those eligible for the vaccine — anyone 16 years of age and up — about 40% have been fully vaccinated, 20% have been partially vaccinated, and another 40% have not yet received any vaccination. In terms of the entire Arlington population, more than 50% of the population has received at least one dose and just over 35% are fully vaccinated, according to Virginia Dept. of Health data. Over the weekend, Arlington met its goal of 60% of eligible Arlingtonians having at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose.
