Army's diversity drive will put off recruits from 'core' of working class, ex-brigadier warns


British military's diversity drive will see it struggle to recruit enough soldiers from traditional 'core' of 'working class families' as Army shrinks to its smallest size in 300 years, ex-brigadier warns
Former brigadier Justin Maciejewski has warned that the British Army's diversity recruitment drive could result in fall in the number of applicants in years to come
He said that diversity was important but the army should be 'mindful' of who has made up the bulk of their work force which is historically working class families 
Distinguished veteran added the size of the army 'pushes bounds of credibility'
