Cincinnati police say an arrest has been made after a 24-year-old was fatally shot in early July. Police said Kylton Clide, 24, was found dead in the the 2300 block of St. James Avenue July 2. On Friday, Ryan Owens, 29, was arrested on a murder warrant in connection to the fatal shooting. The investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department’s Homicide Unit is ongoing.
