Realty developer Arvind SmartSpaces has entered into agreements to develop projects in Surat and Ahmedabad. The Surat project is a large golf-themed development with a topline potential of Rs 1,100 crore. The Ahmedabad project is a plotted development with a revenue potential of Rs 250 crore. Arvind SmartSpaces is now operational in five cities, including Surat, Ahmedabad, and Gandhinagar.
