At-home COVID-19 tests, other requirements in place as students return to Ohio colleges

The start of a new semester brings syllabi and textbooks and new course schedules.
And if you’re a college student in 2021, you can throw test tubes and biohazard bags into the mix.
As students return to Ohio college campuses later this month and beyond, the same coronavirus safety precautions in place last fall will be in place once again, as well as some new ones.
