Earlier this morning, we issued a joint press release to announce a merger between SouthState and Atlantic Capital. Both companies also separately issued their respective second quarter earnings releases. We will discuss today's merger announcement on the call and then provide some brief comments regarding each Company's second quarter earnings. As noted in our earnings releases, this call will take the place of the earnings calls previously scheduled.
