A man wanted by authorities on suspicion of attempted murder in Cheyenne County was located and arrested Tuesday afternoon in a remote area west of Pueblo. Aerien Luc Disher, 26, was apprehended by Colorado Parks and wildlife officers and Pueblo County sheriff’s deputies on Highway 96 and faces several charges including attempted second-degree murder — a class 3 felony. When Disher saw law enforcement approaching, he attempted to leave the area but was “stopped and quickly taken into custody,” the agency reported Tuesday in a social media post by the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office. Disher, according to the sheriff's office, had been seen on CPW property earlier in the day and deputies, including a K-9, responded to assist CPW in locating and apprehending him.
