Ayrshire's own 'Two Ronniews'. AYRSHIRE’S own ‘Two Ronnies’ have come up with an amazing musical Christmas present for every care home in Scotland. Kilwinning father and son Ron and Ronald Swanson have been recording musical videos in their home and sharing on their Facebook sites during the pandemic. Now they have recorded a DVD entitled ‘An Advent Calendar of Song’, with Scottish songs, show tunes and hymns. And thanks to some generous sponsors, it will be sent free to all 1,200 Scottish care homes Another 800 DVDs will be sent to those who may be isolated in North Ayrshire.
