Aysha Baty's alleged murderer too 'unwell' for court : vimar

The alleged murderer of Nambour woman Aysha Baty was "quite unwell" and has been moved to a mental health facility, a court has heard.
Dylan Alexander Wilson was charged with killing the 31-year-old woman in the early hours of August 22.
The woman's body was found beside Matthew St, Nambour.

The case was mentioned in Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Friday when lawyer Kylie Anderson asked Magistrate Haydn Stjernqvist for a six to eight-week adjournment.
