In less than two weeks before the prestigious ceremony, the Secretariat of the award-giving body announced the news, saying, "Today, April 3, 11 am to 10th 11:59 pm, we will hold a vote for the TikTok. Popularity Award for eight days." The said category, also known as the TikTok Popularity Award, is given to one man and woman who have garnered the most number of votes.
