"Start-Up" Kim Seon Ho Remains Unbeatable As of this writing, the "Start-Up" star received 1.21 million votes, making him the number one male actor for TikTok Popularity Award. Coming in second place is the "Vincenzo" star Song Joong Ki with 922,450 votes, followed by "It's Okay to Not be Okay" actor Kim Soo Hyun, closing it the top three with 345,330 votes.
