SOUTH KINGSTOWN — The bail hearing for three teenagers charged in a sexual assault case continued into its fifth day as the alleged victim testified that she was intoxicated on the night she encountered the teens and that they took advantage of her. “I was taken advantage of while incoherently drunk,” she said in a Wakefield courtroom Wednesday during the bail hearing for three of the men. (The fourth, a 16-year-old, has already been released on bail from the state Training School.) The woman said that in the late hours of March 1 and into March 2, her encounters with them amounted to rape.
