Bail set at $1 million for town of Shelby homicide suspect :

Zachary W. Fritz, a 39-year-old La Crosse man, faces a first-degree intentional homicide charge after allegedly killing a woman Monday in the town of Shelby. Judge Scott Horne set cash bail for Fritz at $1 million.
