Donation to NHS Glasgow to make a 'real difference' for staff
Glasgow NHS staff have been given a funding boost to ensure they have access to some much-needed rest.
Barclays donated £250,000 to the Greater Glasgow and Clyde health board to help create new hubs for R&R.
The health board praised the donation which will make a "real difference" for the workforce.
A network of Staff Rest and Recuperation Hubs will offer space for workers to recharge  and to take a moment to chat to colleagues, eat, or exercise.
Anne MacPherson, of NHSGGC, said: "We would like to thank Barclays for their generous donation, and we are delighted that it is being put to such good use.
