Baton Rouge man arrested on DWI, hit-and-run charges after c

A hit and run crash ended with the arrest of Ricardo Campbell, 34, of Baton Rouge on Wednesday, May 31. Campbell was driving one of the two vehicles involved in an accident around 5:45 p.m. on US 61 and Arnold Lane.
