ZANESVILLE - As pandemic restrictions ease, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Zanesville is excited to lead the charge in returning to a more normal environment in the non-profit sector. The organization will be going forward with it's largest fundraiser of the year that supports mentoring programs. On May 8, up to 96 teams are expected to participate in the 37th annual Bowl for Kids' Sake event at Sunrise Strikes. "It's been over a year, we need this, Executive Director Katie Mainini said. "It's really exciting to be the first non-profit to do this." Teams of four to six members can still register for the event through April 30.
