Bicester says third lockdown is necessary, but rules aren't tough enough

Non-essential shops, gyms, leisure centres, barbers and beauty salons are closed until at least February 15.
It comes as the number of Covid cases in Cherwell up to January 1 was 756.1 per 100,000 - the highest in Oxfordshire.
Unlike the second lockdown in November, schools are also closed meaning children will be learning from home.
Businesses in the town will be switching up the way they work again with pubs, cafes and restaurants offering takeaway and delivery services and shops offering click and collect.
Bicester residents feel the lockdown will help stop the spread of coronavirus, but that a lockdown like the first one where more restrictions were imposed should be in place instead and people need to follow the rules.
