This month, he is ready to fire up his carving tools for an over-the-top ice sculpture event on Staten Island. Neary and his ice sculpting company, Touch of Ice, have partnered with The Ice Farm to host “Big Apple Ice Extravaganza,” a weekend-long, drive-thru event at the borough’s Corporate Commons.
