The 5000 square metre regional hub for PBT Express Freight Network will include a 2,800 sqm enclosed logistics facility, a loading canopy and office. They are expected to be completed in June 2022 and be operational by August 2022. Work will also start this month on two critical link roads within the superhub, one providing access to the 30-hectare inland port and the other connecting to the new Ruakura interchange for the Waikato Expressway which opens mid-2022.
