Today, 17:23 Big forces gathered from both sides of Armenian-Azerbaijani border, in case situation is not settled urgently, consequences may be unpredictable – Armenia MOD Armenia’s Acting Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan held a phone conversation on Monday with CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas. MOD press service reports that Harutyunyan briefed on the situation created on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, registering that despite the circumstance that according to the reached arrangement some groups of Azerbaijani armed forces left during the previous days and returned to their starting positions, yet part of them are still in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
