BJP urges Utpal Parrikar to reconsider decision following re

BJP General Secretary CT Ravi requested Utpal to reconsider his decision and fulfil his father, former Goa CM Manohar Parrikar's dream. Utpal Parrikar left the party after he was denied ticket from Panaji constituency for the upcoming Goa elections.
