Bombay HC issues notice over Rajiv Gandhi assassination conv

The Bombay High Court has issued notice to the State Information Commission (SIC) over a petition filed by a convict in Rajiv Gandhi's assassination case. The convict has sought details pertaining to actor Sanjay Dutt's early release in 1993 Bombay serial bomb blast case.
