January 31, 2021 2:25 pm RANDOLPH, Mass. (WLNE) – A Boston man is facing twelve charges after assaulting a Massachusetts State Trooper early Sunday morning, according to state police officials. A spokesperson for Massachusetts State Police said the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. The suspect reportedly punched, choked, and pushed the troopers head into the pavement while they were fighting on the side of the highway. State police said the incident started after a state trooper pulled over a purple Dodge Charger driving 81 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 93 south in Randolph. During the traffic stop, the trooper found that Devin Fuller, 29, of Boston, was driving with a suspended license. According to state police, Fuller refused to comply with the trooper’s request to get out of his car and observed him repeatedly looking down at his center console.
