Botany Bay to be used to store Leyland Trucks for up to three years - but operator pledges that the site will eventually be redeveloped

The firm behind plans to redevelop Chorley’s Botany Bay says that it remains committed to turning the site into a business park - in spite of the fact that it has just been granted permission to store trucks on the plot for up to three years.
