Heathcote Road will close on May 10 for the works, and a diversion will be in place. A public notice from BCP Council said: “Notice is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. “Road closed to all vehicles and no parking, no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time. “Heathcote Road, from its junction with Christchurch Road to its junction with Hawkwood Road. “Fibre installation works being carried out by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, May 10 until May 17. “Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
