Boy rescued after falling down cliff in Lake County Cliff Pinckard, cleveland.com CONCORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A young boy was taken to the hospital Sunday after he fell over the side of a steep cliff at a park in Lake County. Information released by the Concord Township Fire Department says the unidentified boy fell while at Jordan Creek Park, which is located off of Concord Hambden Road, just east of Ravenna Road and south of Interstate 90. Rescue workers from the fire department, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, Lake Metroparks rangers, and other area fire departments had to scale down the cliff using ropes to rescue the boy, whose age was not released. He was flown to MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland and was in stable condition Sunday, according the Concord Township Fire Department.
