ALTHOUGH pubs across the Bradford district are not allowed to open in Tier 3 restrictions, many have said it would not have been worth their while to do so in the lead up to Christmas. And one pub across the border in Tier 2 area North Yorkshire, the Black Bull Inn in Sutton-in-Craven, is not open anyway. Black Bull licensee Denise Sands said: "We're just a wet-led pub so we're not open. We do have a kitchen but it wouldn't be worth our while to do it. "People like to go out and drink. They don't always want to eat when they have a drink."
