BOSTON — A 21-year-old Braintree man pleaded not guilty Wednesday after being charged with a single count of assault and battery with deadly weapon for allegedly throwing a water bottle at Brooklyn Nets’ Kyrie Irving on Sunday following a game at TD Garden. Cole Buckley, 21, was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court and ordered to stay away from TD Garden. The $500 bail he previously posted remains in place. A pre-trial hearing is set for August. Suffolk County District Attorney Rachel Rollins said after the arraignment that people "don't get to behave like this way." Buckley is a University of Rhode Island student, according to police reports.
