Brandon Clark to be sentenced today in grisly online murder of Bianca Devins, 17 Updated Mar 16, 2021; Facebook Share The court proceeding is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. at the court in Utica. Clark, 22, of Cicero, is facing a sentence of up to 25 years to life in prison after admitting in court in February that he killed Bianca Devins, of Utica. He later tried to withdraw his guilty plea, but Judge Michael Dwyer ruled last October that he couldn’t. Clark was charged with second-degree murder after police and the Oneida County district attorney’s office said he cut Devin’s throat after the two returned from a concert in New York City. He then posted grisly photographs of her body online, which were sent to the family via social media.
