There's a "for rent" sign on the door of the former Brickyard Pub, which closed several months ago, according to Community and Economic Development Director Mark Barnhart. "Nothing's definitive for that site yet," said Barnhart, who added that the space is for lease and that he is in talks with several potential interested parties that are looking to establish restaurants in town. "I suspect it won't be a long-term vacancy."
