Two high-profile Brisbane businessmen are still interested in buying Brisbane’s famous heritage-listed Lamb House at Kangaroo Point, which could cost many millions of dollars to restore.
Meanwhile, Brisbane City Council will next week replace temporary bylaws preventing intensive development on Lamb House’s eight blocks with permanent protections.

The bylaws expire next month.
Stockbroker Steve Wilson AM, former South Bank Corporation chairman and Committee for Brisbane member, has confirmed he will make an offer for the 119-year-old property.
