Broncos promote Ray Jackson to Vice President of Player Development

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos continue to reshape their front office.
Denver has promoted Ray Jackson to Vice President of Player Development, General Manager George Paton announced Tuesday.
Jackson has served as the Broncos' Director of Player Development since 2015 and is entering his 19th season in the NFL in a player development role.
He is responsible for the team's off-field training and educating players through club and league initiatives. Jackson also runs the Broncos' rookie transition program and facilitates a number of other programs to help players be at their best on and off the field.
