She added it looks like some of the things that have been put in place as part of the pause instituted last month by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services are working. Statistics from the C.H.A. show there have been 100 new positive cases reported in Branch County between last Saturday and Thursday. In comparison, from December 6 through last Friday there were 196 new cases.
