According to Superintendent Dan Coffman, the intent is to have the board adopt the school calendar, which is established with input from the staff and community, at the February meeting. “The school calendar, as we know from the last two school years, can change once its approved, but it does establish a start date for the school year as well as when holidays will be observed,” Coffman said. “We like to adopt the school calendar as soon as possible so our families can utilize that information to make holiday and vacation plans.”
