The Borst family has been milking cows for 4 generations in southeast Rochester. They know a thing or two about dairy products and they love sharing their knowledge. They just opened the "Moo House" which gives you the chance to experience a real dairy farm and learn exactly how milk gets "from the cow to the bottle". Each Saturday they open their farm to the public for one-hour tours. On their website, they say, "you’ll never forget the day you got to pet a baby calf, see a cow getting milked, smell fresh cow feed, and get splattered with cow pies." Over the next three weekends, the farm is teaming up with one of Rochester's premier restaurants to create delicious sundaes for "Ice Cream on the Farm".
